Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

Delivery Time Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Coverage We currently offer delivery all over Pakistan.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders no minimum purchase required.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation Before your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via phone call to confirm your order details. In some cases, confirmation may also be done through WhatsApp. If we are unable to reach you or if your contact information is incomplete, we may call to verify the missing details before proceeding with shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
