Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can pay when your order arrives at your door.

Can I track my order?

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All Flow Care products are carefully selected for their gentle, skin-friendly formulas. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Are your products chemical-free?

We prioritize natural and clean formulations. Many of our products are free from harsh chemicals. Please check the individual product description for full ingredient details.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. The expiry date is printed on each product packaging.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
